構造がよく分かりません。 この前文には「消防車に乗せてもらう」という夢が叶ったという記載がしてあります。 Having his dream come true, with all the love and attention that was poured upon him, so deeply touched Billy, that he lived three months longer than any doctor thought possible. having～true,までは分詞構文なのでしょうか。 (夢が叶ったから、彼は～・・という訳？)
