論文発表との兼ね合い
欧文で論文を執筆中です。 で、出そうかと思ってる雑誌の注意文を読みますと、 If there are no actual or potential conflicts of interest, please state this. と書いてあり、例示として patent applications/ registrations と書いてあります。 この場合、何と表記するのが一般的ですか？ patent appliaction(ptent number:○○)in JAPAN とでも書いておけばよいのでしょうか？ どなたか御教示を御願いします。

BIOSのアップデートソフトを保存して起動すると、 「This program is unable to continue.the system yuo are trying to update dose not support Intel Express BIOS Update on there are incompatible applications running.Please close all open applications and try agein.」 というメッセージがでます。 後半は開いてるアプリケーションを全部閉じろということだと思いますが、前半の意味がわかりません。。 意味と解決法を教えてくださいm(__)m

I would consider shipping to Japan provided that shipping costs are adjusted to reflect actual costs for chosen method of shipment and carrier selected. と答えが来ましたが、翻訳にかけてもよくわかりません；； 日本に乗船する？？船便ならいいよって事でしょうか…。

And in Japan, members who learn of the outrageous acts committed by SGI, are starting to leave the organization. Unfortunately, such information have not yet reached SGI members outside of Japan, and many are left in the dark about the true nature of SGI. We are very concerned for those who still believe in SGI.

TOPIC:Japan should open its doors to foreign workers. I don't agree with this opinion.Many countries,say the US and Germany, are relatively open to foreign workers.Such countries insist that Japan should loosen limitation of influx of foreign workers.Certainly,they contribute to lower labor cost.However,there are many problems,such as conflicts of cultures and employment of foreigners. For example in Germany,many people came from other countries,mainly from turkey,to compensate Germany's lack of labor after the world war 2.However,there found conflicts of cultures.Many crimes happend.Besides,in early 1990s,it became difficult for Germans to get job.Foreign workers were regarded as nuisanses. In fact,there is no country that does not have any problems with foreign workers. Therefore,I don't think Japan should open its doors freely to foreign workers. 突っ込みどころ満載ですが…（若者がやりたがらない福祉の仕事なら雇用の点で衝突せずにすみますし）限界です。英語力、英作文力のなさに驚きました(〒_〒)

僕のPCにはグラボGeForce7600GTを入れてあるのですが、ゲーム（BF2）をする際にどうも動きが悪いのでBIOS設定しようとしたら、グラフィック項目がなく、BIOSの更新を決めました。 ですが、そこら辺にあまり詳しくはないので自動更新プログラムにしました。 ◆intelのHPにてExpress BIOS Update プログラム（自動更新）をダウンロードし、起動するのですが、 『This program is unable to continue.
