(補足) 自然的であることをアピールすることに関して、（ほとんど）すべての生きている人（たち）の生活は［深在的に→もともとひどく］不自然なものであり、我々の家、我々の（着ている）服そして我々の食事、（我々が享受している）医療に関しては言うまでもなく［楽しみ→削除］、「これらはヒトという種の「自然な」姿とはほとんど無縁なものである．」 enjoy the medical careで「医療を受ける」の意味→the medical care (which) we enjoy「受ける医療」 bearの主語はthe lives of... bear little relatiion to～はbear no relation to～と同じ形で「～とはほとんど関係がない」
