くだけた挨拶？

A:You up for some fun. B:All the time. しばらくぶりに会った友人が会った時にかわした会話です。私にはよく意味が分かりません。どなたか解説していただけないでしょうか？

カジュアルな会話なので正確な意味はあまりこめられていないと思います。 A:どう、楽しんでる？ B:おかげさんでね 程度の意味でしょうか。 All the time と答えていますが必ずしもその意味（常に楽しんでますよ）でないととりました。 Up for ～は説明が難しいですが　～に向かって意欲・意識が働く感じです。　 オヤジ語訳ですみません。
