この英文の構文の考え方を教えてください
ある参考書で、 「Only in certain parts of Burma are tourists allowed to roam freely.」 「ビルマではある特定の地域でのみ、観光客が自由に歩き回ることが許されている。」 という英文と和訳を読んだのですが、この場合、are と tourists の順番が この順になっているのは、文法上、どういう考え方になっているのでしょうか？ また、この順番は逆であっても正しい文になりますでしょうか？

Only in certain parts of Burma are tourists allowed to roam freely.」 ビルマでは特定の地域でしか，観光客が自由に歩き回ることが許されていない」 とした方がいいでしょうか。 お決まりの受験文法としては， only は「～だけ」→「～しかない」という否定の内容を含んでいる。 否定語を前に出して強調すると，後ろは倒置（疑問文の語順） only は in certain areas of Burma にかかっているので， まとまったまま前に出し， Only in certain areas of Burma 後は疑問文の順序で tourists are → are tourists

別に存在の be でなくても倒置は起きます。 tourists are allowed という受動態の倒置が are toursts allowed というだけ。 Only in one place does he appear to conceal something. 「たった一つの場所にだけ、彼は何かを隠すようだ」 たまたま見つけた文ですが、このような倒置だってあり得ます。

I think, therefore I am. 添付辞書からの例題です。ですから I am. と、同様に God is. Tourists are. は意味を持つ英文になる。自動詞であるbe動詞をexistに置き換えれば。 God is. = God exists. 「神は存在する。いる。」と言う意味で使えます。 http://education.yahoo.com/reference/dictionary/entry/be 上記文を進展させると。 God is here. と副詞を取ることができ、前置詞を取ることで話を広げることができる。 God is here in this church. 文法書で倒置の欄を紐解くと、文中の動詞が自動詞の場合、またばS+Vの文体で目的語を取らない時、その後に続く副詞または副詞句が倒置され、主語の前に動詞がくる文体がある。literary やdescriptive writingでよく見かける。 文法書からの例題： ＞On the grass sat an enormous frog. (An enormous frog sat on the grass.) ＞Directly in front of them stood a great castle. ＞Here comes Friday! ＞There goes your brother. となります。 I am.やGod is.と言えれば Tourists are.とも言え、副詞を取ることもできますよね。 Tourists are only. （onlyを‘exclusively’ にareをexistに置き換えたほうが分かりやすいかも。Tourists exist exclusively.） とすると Only are tourists. と倒置文が成り立ちますよね。 God is here in the church. を倒置すれば Here in the charch is god. Tourists are only in a certain part of Burma. と前置詞で話が繋がれば、倒置文は Only in a cetain part of Bruma are tourists. 下記は上記に示した文法書からの抜粋で質問文に似ているためにここで引用します。 ＞Uner a tree was lying one of the biggest men I have ever seen. The bigggest man I have ever seenが主語でwas lyingが動詞です。 ＞Only in certain parts of Burma are tourists allowed to roam freely. 主語はtourists allowed to roam freelyになります。allowedは分詞で意味は tourists（who are）allowed to roam freely 言い換えれば、 Tourists who are allowed to roam freely exist exclusively in certain parts of Burma. ↓ Tourists allowed to roam freely are only in cetrtain parts of Burma. ↓ Only in certain parts of Burma are tourists allowed to roam freely. Only in certain parts of Burma tourists are allowed to roam freely. 前者がS+Vの構文の倒置で、後者はS+V(be動詞）＋C(形容詞）の構文の違いと考える。

英文を訳してください。お願いします。 if we are playing at a place where the audience didn’t necessary come only to see us play but also for some other reasons, we have had problems with noise. didn'tの後ろにnecessaryが来ているのが謎だし、文法的にあってますかね。

英語やり直し組みです Congresswoman Pelosi used a regular news conference to voice strong support for the people of Burma, who she says are standing up to what she calls a corrupt, illegitimate military regime. (1)who she says がよくわかりません。 「○○は彼女が不正な軍事政治と呼ぶものに立ち上がっている」 she saysがなければ「ビルマの人々は～」となるのですがshe saysがどういう意味なのかわかりません。 (2)文法は苦手で見当違いの質問かもしれませんが、このwho she says are ～は文法的には何と呼ばれるものなのでしょうか？自分で調べようと思っても何で検索したらいいのかがわかりませんでした。。。 お願いします

バートランド・ラッセルの「THE PROBLEMS OF PHILOSOPHY」からの英文です。 In daily life, we assume as certain many things which, on a closer scrutiny, are found to be so full of apparent contradictions that only a great amount of thought enable us to know what it is that we really may believe. この文の構造は we assume ・・・私たちは決めてかかる（当然のことと思う）。that以下の事を。（that only a great amount ～)でしょうか？ 日常の生活の中で、 私たちはより詳細な調査によって、 はっきりとした矛盾で溢れていることが見出される一定のたくさんのものとして 私たちはもっぱら山ほどの考えによって、 私たちが本当に信じるだろうということは、何であるかということを知ることができる、 ということを決めてかかっている。 と訳してみたのですが。。。（意味がよくとれていません） as, only ,mayの訳し方がよくわかりませんでした。
