こんにちは。 ＃２です。 問題を勘違いしていました。 内部収益率と資本コストを比較して、 １．内部収益率＜資本コストにも関わらず、 実行する案件がある ２．内部収益率＞資本コストにもかかわらず、 実行しない案件がる それをリスクを考慮した割引率を用いて 説明するということかと思われます。 １．の場合は、 内部収益率＞Risk-adjusted discounted rate ２．の場合は、 内部収益率＜Risk-adjusted discounted rate だったので、 cost of capitalとの比較とは逆の結論を出した ということで良いのではないかと思います。 それぞれの案件ごとに内包するリスクが違ってくるので、 cost of capitalと一律に比較するのではなく、 案件ごとにRisk-adjustedして 比較する必要があるということです。
