質問

As a reward program, we create a XX email account and we will send our customer some information by using it. We will send updates on new and existing products, and sending out "Birthday Paws" which would be rewards they could use for shipping cost or bonus items when shopping.

「報酬プログラムとして、XX（会社名）の電子メールアカウントを作成し、それを使ってお客様に情報を送信します。 私たちは新旧の商品に関する最新情報を送ったり、買い物時に送料やボーナス商品に使える「Birthday Paws」を送ります。」

＊はじめをAsとしましたが、About a reward program, we create... （報酬プログラムに関しては、わたし達は独自のメールアカウントを作成し…）でもいいかな、と思っています。
＊（参考になるかわかりませんが…）プレゼンで発表するのですが、一応、reward programと書かれたスライドは用意するつもりです。

こちらの英文を添削してほしいです。

We will send updates on new and existing products, as well as[*6] sending out "Birthday Paws" which can be substitued for shipping cost[*7], or can be exchanged with bonus items[*8] as part of our customers' shopping experience.[*9]
「この報酬プログラムにおいて、私たちはXX社のドメイン名を持った電子メールアカウントを作成し、それを使ってお客様に情報を配信していきます。 私たちは新旧の商品に関する最新情報を送ったり、また、お客様のショッピング体験の一環として送料やボーナス商品との引き換えに使える「Birthday Paws」を送ります。」

[*2] XX社のドメイン名（eg. yyyyyy@xx.com）という意味であるならば。
[*3] "send" で「送信」 "send out" で「配信」のニュアンス。
[*4] "to our customers" を入れたほうがよいでしょう。
[*5] ここでは "using it「それを用いて」" で、"by using it「それを用いることを手段として」" の "by" は不要です。
[*6] "and" よりも "as well as" の方が、「と同時に「Birthday Paws」を送る」ということが強調されます。
[*7] "can be substituted for shipping cost" で「送料を代替することができる」
[*8] "can be exchanged with bonus items" で「ボーナス商品と交換することができる」

またsend outが「配信」という意味なのは知りませんでした。
as well as＝”同時に”が強調されるのですね！
