＊The Prosecutorは「検察官」とし、releasedは、「提出した」より、「開示した」の方がいいと思います。

It's almost Christmas - I'm not religious however I make the effort to make a nice x-mas meal, and some eggnog. That's a drink I haven't seen in Japan. It's basically milk, eggs, spice and dark rum. If you haven't tried it, you should.
