１．colateral ligamentasと原文にありますが、collateral ligament側副靱帯の間違いでしょうか？ ２．MxMurray and Appley for right knee lateral meniscus possitive. は 右膝外側半月板は（マクマリーとアプレー？）でしょうか？ ３．insall index normalは 〇〇（不明）指数は正常、でしょうか？ ４．intrarcticular spaceは intra-articular space関節内空間でしょうか？ ５．litical or blastic imageは 〇〇又は〇〇（不明）イメージでしょうか？ なお、上記はメキシコ人医師の書いた英文診断書の一部です。正確な翻訳をお願いいたします。

1.medial collateral ligament 内側側副靭帯：上方は大腿骨内踝、下方は脛骨内踝に付着しており、幅広で扁平な靭帯、外よりの反応力に対して膝関節を内側で安定させる。 2.McMurray and Appley for right knee lateral meniscus possitive マクマレーテスト及びアプレーテストでは右膝外側半月板が陽性。の意味としか考えられません。 ※この英文はヘンテコリンな文章です。 ※右膝外側半月板が損傷個所みたいですね。 3.insall index normal インソール・サルバティ法の検査の指数は正常。 ※この英文は英文の体を為していません。Insall-Salvati法の検査方法はグーグルで調べて下さい。靭帯の検査方法です。 4.intraarticular splace 関節内腔 5.lytic or blastic image lytic:（細胞の）溶解（現象）、blastic:急性転化、image:現象 （細胞の）溶解（崩壊）又は急性転化の現象 ※関節内腔の骨細胞組織に溶解部分が生じているのではないでしょうか。 ※lytic or blastic imageでグーグルで検索してみて下さい。 ★まるでメモのような感じですね。

- 「診断書」の英語について
数年前アメリカ人の医師からの診断書を要したケースがあり、和英辞典で「診断書」の英語を調べたところ、“a medical certificate”と出ていたので、「a medical certificateを頂きたい」旨、要請したところ、この医師の顔が見る見る怒りの表情になり、「医師免許証のコピーをよこせと言うのか！」と言われました。誤解されたと思い、「a diagnosis in writingを頂きたいのです」と言ったところ、穏やかな顔になり、後日診断書が郵送されて来ました。その後、気にはなっていたのですが、「診断書」の正しい英語を勉強しませんでしたが、だんだん気になって来まして、今日、和英辞典２冊を見てみると、どちらも”a medical certificate”になっており、ネットで検索してみても同じ結果でした。つきましては、アメリカ人に誤解されない「診断書」の最も適切な英語についてご教授下さるよう宜しくお願いします。

ぼくは受験生です。コンピューターはあまり使えませんのでわかりやすくお願いします。いつもは英語の辞書を使っていますが、どうしてもわからない文章などは、コンピューターのどこに頼ればいいでしょう？また、これはお勧め！と言うものがあれば是非教えてください。
