こんにちは。内容をまとめると、商品が欠陥であったということで、内容は返品方法についてです。 発送から50日以内か、50日以上経ってるかによって異なります。発送日というのはメールでの通知にある通りとあります。 発送から50日以上経って、欠陥が見られた場合、返品の送料は自己負担。しかし交換可能。 発送から50日以内に欠陥が見られた場合の返品方法、ということで、 1.返品の発送料金は商品の40%以下(南米、ヨーロッパ)、あるいは30%以下(他の国)、または40米ドル以下に値するもので、普通郵便に追跡番号がつけられる、一番安い方法で下の私書箱の住所に送る。発送後、発送の証明となる発送のレシートや追跡番号の半券などを写真に撮り、それを元に、郵送代を払う、ということのようです。返品されたものが届いて手続きが終わった後、新しい品と送料を返す、ということです。 返品について、一番安い方法で送ることと、EMS, UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL といったものでの返品では送料は負担されない(返さない)。 返送する際に、メモを同封し、メモには 1. 注文番号 2. sku(スペルミスでしょうか?)番号と数量 3. 簡単な欠陥の説明 を書くということです。

And I think it will trouble you to go to post office and return the item. And I want to know if it could be used by you? Something like use it or send it to your friends? If so I suggest that would you please keep it and we will charge $50 with you? Once you pay for the wrong item we will send the right one to you.
