英訳した文を添削してください。おねがいします。

質問

全体の文があり、その中の一文ずつなので、全体像がわからない状態での添削になってしまうので、わかりずらいと思いますが、お願いいたします。
（全文を書くと長すぎるので、簡単に内容まで。１・２文は不動産業者が貸している部屋のドアを防犯のためとりかえることになり、その交換の日が決まったというお知らせ。３からはお部屋を借りている人が、間違った口座にい３月まで振り込んでしまっていたので、数日前に「４月からは以下の口座に家賃を振り込んでください」という手紙を送ったのですが、なぜそうなったのかを書いていなかったので、誤解が生じるといけないので付け足す内容です。）

１・あなたの玄関のドアを交換する日は３月１８日に決まりました。

The day for the front door replacement for you is March 18.

２・その日は作業が終了するまで家にいてください。

Please stay home the day till the work is done.

３・実は（この前の手紙で）言い忘れたことがあります。

Actually we have what we forgot to tell you.

４・だから私達はこの前の手紙で正しい口座先をおしらせしたのです。

So we informed you the correct account by the letter we sent.

５・ということで、４月からはこの前お知らせした口座に家賃を振り込んで下さい。

Therefore please pay your rent money into the account which we informed as from April.

６・その正しい（この前お知らせした）口座先は賃貸借契約書の１ページに載っています。

You can see the account in the contract of lease page 1.

Please be advised that your door will be replaced on March 18, if everything is acceptable.

>２・その日は作業が終了するまで家にいてください。
Please stay home the day till the work is done.

Please make sure to stay home till the work is completed. If you are not able to stay home for some reasons, immediately inform this office.

>３・実は（この前の手紙で）言い忘れたことがあります。
Actually we have what we forgot to tell you.

There is one thing we neglected to inform you.

４・だから私達はこの前の手紙で正しい口座先をおしらせしたのです。
So we informed you the correct account by the letter we sent.

妹が不動産業者で働いていて、私が英語を勉強している（したがっている？）ので依頼されています。
でも、自分で一生懸命考え出した英文がレターになり、それが相手に伝わり、またそれに対する返事があり、こう言うものはちょっと負担ですが、（子供が小さいので）でも勉強になるを超えて、身に付きます。
もしかしたらこれからもお世話になるかもしれません。

あ、それと今調べていたのですが、「３月１８日の２時から」と時間を加えるときにはon 18th of March,from 2p.m.で良いでしょうか。
あと、「新しいカギは作業終了後にお渡しします。それまでは今使っているカギを持っていてください。（彼がいつまで持っていて良いのでしょうか？という質問をしてきたので）は、After replacement,we will give you a new key .So you can keep your old key till then.はどうでしょうか。お礼なのに質問になってしまってすみません。お時間があるときによろしくおねがします。

補足質問を読ませてもらいました.

Please be advised that your door will be replaced on March 18, if everything is acceptable. のあとに、The work for your door is scheduled to start at about 2PM and we estimate to take about 3 hours.と何時間くらいかかるということを知らせる事によって、どのくらいの時間家にいなくてはならないのかが分かりますね.

＞あと、「新しいカギは作業終了後にお渡しします。それまでは今使っているカギを持っていてください。（彼がいつまで持っていて良いのでしょうか？という質問をしてきたので）は、After replacement,we will give you a new key .So you can keep your old key till then.はどうでしょうか。

いいと思いますよ.　ワックスをかけるとすると、The new door can not be opened with your old key once the old door is replaced. You will be given a new key upon completion of the replacement.と言う言い方をしておけば、ドアを変えると新しいキーが必要になってくるからそれまで古いキーを持っておく必要があるな、と分かると思います.

Please be sure to stay at home on that day untill the work is completed.

３・実は（この前の手紙で）言い忘れたことがあります。

I am sorry but we did not fully explain the new bank account to you in the last letter which we sent.

４・だから私達はこの前の手紙で正しい口座先をおしらせしたのです。

Therefore we informed you of the details of our correct bank account in the last letter.

５・ということで、４月からはこの前お知らせした口座に家賃を振り込んで下さい。

We would appreciate it if you could pay your rent into this account as of April.

６・その正しい（この前お知らせした）口座先は賃貸借契約書の１ページに載っています。

Furthermore, the details of the bank account is written on the 1st page of your lease contract.
