現在英語を勉強している者です。 「reserved」の意味がわからず、質問させていただきます。 例えば、「All rights reserved」といった場合、「無断複写・転載を禁じます」や 「著作権保有」などの意味になることはなんとなく理解したのですが、 「Errors and technical alterations are reserved」といった場合はどういう 和訳をすればよいのでしょうか。 また、この時の「errors and technical alterations」とはなんのことでしょうか。 どなたかお分かりの方、ご教授いただけますと幸いです。 よろしくお願いいたします。

初めて投稿させていただくので、粗相がありましたら、すみません、ご容赦ください。 現在、仕事で一般購買契約書の英日翻訳をしているのですが、どうしても支払い期日、期限がわからない一文があるので、助けてください。 原文 Payment shall be made by Company A to Company B whithin 60 days after receipt of delivery and invoice and on the 1st working day of the following month. 支払いは、企業Ａから企業Ｂになされる。 それは……いつなんでしょうか。 納品およびインボイス受領後60日以内、と訳すと その後の、and 以降の 翌月の第一営業日に、と矛盾が生じます もし1月31日に受け取り、2月1日の支払いだったら、急すぎるなあとか わからなくて、こまっています。 andの前後など、この文にはコンマは一切入っていませんでした。 よろしくご指導ください。御願いいたします。
