なんと訳せばいいのでしょうか？
アメリカのネットショップで買い物をしたところ違う商品が送られてきました。その旨を伝えたところ、以下のようなメールが返ってきました。どういう意味でしょうか？よろしくお願いします。 I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will be happy to issue a FedEx pick up for the incorrect items. Please confirm if this is acceptable.

文が三つあります。 （１）I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. どうも済みませんでした（謝罪の決り文句） （２）We will be happy to issue a FedEx pick up for the incorrect items. 間違ってお送りした商品を FedEx でピックアップするよう手配します。（要するに手前どもで返送の費用を負担いたしますということです） （３）Please confirm if this is acceptable. これ（返送を FedEx で行うこと）でよろしければ、ご返事ください。 ですから、ご承諾なら、次のような文で返事なさればいいと思います。 Thank you for your email. The arrangement of a FedEx pick up is agreeable with us. Thank you.
