Was just about to contact you on that note. Just got home and looked at the receipt from shipment and there wasnt a tracking number included... Called the post office and they states it would have been 85$ to ship with tracking... It already costed me 50. 注文した商品のトラッキングナンバーを送ってくれと言ったところ 上記のメールが届きました。 お手数おかけしますが、和訳をお願いします。

その件について、あなたに連絡しようと思っていました。 帰宅してから発送の領収書を見たら、トラッキングナンバーが入っていませんでした。そこで郵便局に連絡したら、輸送のトラッキングには$85払ってもらう必要があったのだと言われました。私が払った額は$50でした。

和訳をお願いできないでしょうか。 When delivery was made we need to know if it was highlighted by your receiving department on the delivery note that there were damaged cartons on the shipment. We will need to make a claim on the forwarder for any damages but this will be very difficult if the damage was not documented and highlighted to the forwarder on receipt of goods.
