ピーターラビットの絵本の最後に、 His mother put him to bed, and made some camomile tea; and she gave a dose of it to peter! 'One table-spoonful to be taken at bed-time.' と命令的なセリフでおわるのですが、'One table-spoonful to be taken at bed-time.' 寝る前にひとさじ飲むんだよ。 のように、 Something to be done. の形で命令的な言い方はよく使われる表現なんでしょうか？

命令的な和訳がついているのでしょうか？ 毎日の日課として、寝る前に一杯お茶を用意している、という他愛のない場面だと思うのですが。これから訪れる静かで平和な夜の暗示ではありませんか？
命令的なニュアンスではないようです。薬の用法・用量での説明によくある表現です。「お休み前に大さじ1杯」という感じです。

う～ん、何と答えればよいのやら。 「文法的、構文的な説明は？」という質問ではなく、「よく使われるか？」という問いに対して答えれば「使われます」ということになるでしょう。別に不自然な言い方ではないと思います。

(to be )shared with 以下については、『機会（食事）を友人や同僚と共有したり、機会（食事）を味わったり、機会（食事）を２、３時間とる』という関係性であることはわかるのですが、to be thought overについては、think an occasion overで『機会（食事）を熟考する』でいいのでしょうか？ think overのイメージがよくわかりません。 もしくはここのoverはover coffeeのようなoverととらえるのでしょうか？（それでもよくわからないのですが…） よろしくお願いします。
