Gです。 書き忘れましたのでまた書かせてくださいね. 日本語の訳として、A so that Bと言う言い方で、BになるようにAをした。と言う言い方をするときがあります. この例文を使うと、 Please note that we have no planned the meeting to last two complete days so that we can have more time with you.と言う文章になります. これで、二日間をフルに使う事にしましたので、あなたともっと時間を過ごすことが出来ます.という日本語訳を、さっきの訳しかたどおりにすることができます. これを違う日本語に訳すと、あなたともっと時間を過ごせるように二日間をフルに使うようにしました.と言う「日本では標準的な」訳になるわけです. お分かりでしょうか. あなたの例文を、「標準的な訳し方」にすると、することにしたから、5日の便にしてください、というフィーリングが出てこないんですね. だからこそ、あなたの解釈が出来てしまったのですね. ですから、まず、A so that Bはさっきの訳仕方にして （AにしたからBになる）、「標準手な訳（BになるようにAをした）」にしたら意味が極端に変わってくるようだったら、「標準的な」訳は使わないほうがいい、と言う事になります. 私の言っている意味がお分かりでしょうか、少し心配です. アメリカ人としては、AをしたからBになる、と感じます.
