厚生労働省によると、富山県朝日町、新潟県粟島浦村と北海道の5つの町が、 15歳以下の子供1人につき毎月13000円支払う最初の地方自治体となった。 大雑把に、こんな感じだと思います。 地名は漢字が違うかもしれません。
