#1です。 相手が日本語を話せるならローマ字もある程度お読みになれますよね。momomo7さんが、翻訳機の力を借りるなりして、ご自分流に作った英文に、日本語をローマ字で添えてはどうでしょう。よくやる方法です。 私も＃2さんがおっしゃるように、相手がお親しい方だからこそ、なるべく筆者自身で書いたものに近いものが心がこもっていると思うのですが、とても良い例文が投稿されて良かったですね。 「エッサはとても素敵な街なのでいつかまた行けたらいいな～・・・」ですが、「I hope I want to go to essa」だと「とても素敵な街なので」が抜けてしまいますね。「とても」「すてき」「街」を辞書で調べて並べるだけでも意味の通じる文章が作れますよ。「～ので」は「だから」に置き換えるとmomomo7さんも訳しやすいのではないでしょうか。 「because Essa is a very nice city」とかね。英語に不慣れだと「is a」が抜けちゃったりしますが、それでも意味は通じますよ。 参考URLに、便利なオンライン辞書を記しておきます。

確かに面白い，というか、おかしいですね。英語になってません。 I destroy the physical condition after it returns home and it doesn't exist too much often now. それが家に帰った後私は肉体的状態を破壊し、それはもうあまり頻繁には存在しない。 これは海外滞在中一緒に過ごしたお知り合いのイーメールへの返信ですよね？滞在中はどうやってコミュニケーションしていたんですか？親しい仲のようですから、難しい英文を作ろうとせずに、自分の言いたい事を必要最低限の単語を並べて言えばいいと思います。変にキチンとした文章よりよほど気持ちがこもりますよ。 例えば、「メール有難う とても嬉しかったです。」は、 Thank you for your email. I was happy. でいいと思います。

おもしろい。日本語らしく、主語である「私」を除いてしまったので、「I (私）」となるべきところが全部「it（それ）」になっているんですね。したがって、その他の文法も「それ」さんが何かをしたという状態に沿ってしまっています。 また、「有難う」と「とても」の間に空欄が入ってしまったので「was .... glad」つまり「うれし...かったです」という、本当は嬉しいのかどうなのかわからないような表現になってしまいました。 今後も、ぜひ、自動翻訳機を活用してメール交換を続けていただきたいので、まずは「私は」「私が」「私の体調」「あなたの体調」といった表現を思いっきりいれて、空欄を削除してから、機械にかけなおしてみてください。 基本的には、今の英語の「it（It）」を全部「I」に変えるだけで意味の通じるメールになります。 ただし、「it doesn't exist too much often now.」だけは意味が通じないので「I don't feel too well yet.」とでもしてください。 ステキなメール交換ができますように。

The Briand plan entailed the economic collaboration of the great industrial areas of Europe and the provision of political security to Eastern Europe against Soviet threats. The basis was economic cooperation, but his fundamental concept was political, for it was political power that would determine economic choices. The plan, under the Memorandum on the Organization of a System of European Federal Union, was in the end presented as a French initiative to the League of Nations. With the death of his principal supporter, German foreign minister Gustav Stresemann, and the onset of the Great Depression in 1929, Briand's plan was never adopted but it suggested an economic framework for developments after World War II that eventually resulted in the European Union.
