補足拝見しました。 乙仲ではなく船会社が間違うとは稀な例と思われます。 貴社にも"freight prepaid"の表示を確認しなかったと責任の一端ははありそうですが、本件なら船会社から到着港の支店、代理店に連絡すれば支障なく貨物を引き取れます。 またそうしてもらうべきです。 又、一例ですが次のような表現では如何でしょうか。 Order No.xxx ------------ We must advise you (that) the ship company has described "freight collect" on the B/L, though we prepaid the ocean freight. Please rest assured, however, you can receive the cargo in exchange for the B/L as usual without particular procedures. Hoping all goes well. ご参考になれば幸です。

すいません。アメリカからある荷物を船で送ってもらったのですが、荷物は すでに日本に到着しているにもかかわらずB/L等の書類が届きません。 その会社からは何度か同様の方法で商品を購入しているのですが、 いつもは貨物が日本に到着するまでに国際郵便等で書類が届いていました。 （今回は商品が少し異なりますが、同じ会社から買っています） アライバルノーティスが届いたので、慌てて相手会社にＢ／Ｌなどの書類はいつ発送しましたか？、まだ私は受け取っていません・・とメールを送ったところ、以下が返ってきました。 As in other shipments to Japan, the documents accompanied the shipment? アメリカのネットショップで小物を購入予定です。 発送と支払いの事でメールが来ました。すみませんが意味を教えて下さい。 I will not be able to give you the shipping cost straight away as we have found recently that every box will need to measured prior to posting it. We can't measure until we have actually used a box for packing. Courier companies require weights and dimensions, and if we fail to provide the correct ones we will incur charges for it, what has happened to us recently. I will therefore need you to pay for your order first so that we could start packing it and once it's been packed I will have all the information about the total amount of boxes, their weights and dimensions I will then make another invoice for shipping.

重ねてのご回答ありがとうございます。 これまでこうしたミスが無かったためチェックを怠ってしまっていました。 貿易の仕事は初めてなのに加え前任者もおらず、その他社内に貿易のことを熟知している者がいないため英語も貿易も手探りの状態です。 hakkoichiuさんはどちらにも明るいと見えて大変ありがたいです。 度々このサイトにお世話になることもあろうかと思います。 その時はまた助けてください。 本当にありがとうございました。
