I received the package the other day. Thank you for the shipment. However, I regret to inform you that ○○ pieces of the products I ordered, were missing. Below is the list of the items that were missing. I must tell you that in the previous shipment also, 5 items were missing. I did not raise an alarm then because I felt the issue was trivial. This time however, the shortage is far too large to ignore. As a result of the shortage, my loss effectively amounts to ○○ JPY. Could you either make a refund or deliver replacements? It is very important that the issue be resolved as I intend to continue doing business with you in the future. Also, if it is possible, can you change the person in charge of my transactions with someone else (Mr./Ms. ○○)? If you are making a refund, may I ask that you do it via Paypal?
