手続き上でトラブルが発生したのです。
私は何度も連絡をしたのですが、応答がありませんでした。
そして、私とエージェンシーは口論となりホテル付属の学校への入校を拒否されました。
私は予定が変わったので新しい学校を探します。
セブに良い学校がなければオースラリアかニュージーランドかフィジーにする予定です。
残念ですが対応が悪かったので、そこに行く気にもなれません。

I tried to contact your hotel many times, but there was no response.
I quarreled with my agent and my enrollment to the school affiliated to the hotel was rejected by the agent.
I intend to look for a new school because my previous plan has been changed.
I am planning to choose a school in Australia or New Zealand or Fiji if I can't find a good one in Cebu.
I'm sorry, but I had a poor support from your hotel and I do not feel like going there.

Owing to some handling errors, I am no longer able to stay at hour hotel.
Although I have tried to contact you on a number of occasions, I never got a response.
Subsequently, I have got into a quarrel with my agency and as result, the school affiliated to the hotel refused to accept me as a student.
So, my plan has been changed and I am going to look for another school.
Unless I find an acceptable school in Cebu, I plan to go to either Australia, New Zealand, or Fiji.
I regret to say that I was disappointed by the way you treated me, and I have lost my appetite to visit your hotel.
Should I decide to go to Cebu, I will let you know.
