illegitimate childは私生児 cowはslangで売春婦 従って私生児である売春婦の子供ということになりなすが、そのような子供は頑固なんですかね・・・。 cow's sonには去勢された牛(bull calf)の意味もあります。 イギリス警察局のデータによれば、イギリス国内の売春婦の74％は、経済的な困窮が主な原因で売春をしている。イギリス売春婦団体の調べでは、売春婦の約７割は子供がいて、そのうちの大半は母子家庭である。
