海外から商品を購入した際に、破損箇所があり、 その対応として、破損箇所を写真で送ったところ 数枚の写真の圧縮ファイルのサイズが大きすぎてダウンロード出来ないと言う 返信を頂きました。 その文中に、１つ意味が解らない文がありました。 we'd like you send us some pictures to tell us your situation. 自動翻訳すると あなたが私達にあなたの状況を伝えるために私たちにいくつかの写真を送ってみたい。 となりますが、写真を送るのは私の方で良いのですよね? 写真を再送してくれと言うことでしょうか? ハッキリ意味が解るような自然な日本語で訳して頂けるとありがたいです。 お願いします。

Your understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated. >圧縮フォルダで送っているので、ダウンロード出来ずに1枚も写真を相手は見れていないと思っていたのです。 この文面から考えるに、相手もご質問者様が圧縮ファイル（zipなど）で送っていれば当然それを解凍したが、それでも尚ファイル容量が大きすぎたので1枚も見られていないと考える方が宜しいと考えます。というか、もし1枚でも見られていたならそのように伝えるはずです。単にファイルが大きすぎてダウンロードできない、ついては状況がわかる写真を数枚送ってほしいと返答してきていますので、前回送った写真と同じでいいので、容量を小さくしたり、枚数を少なくしたりして再度送るのが宜しいのではないでしょうか。

I apologize. ここの部分で写真が大きすぎてダウンロード出来なかった つまり、圧縮フォルダで送っているので、ダウンロード出来ずに 1枚も写真を相手は見れていないと思っていたのです。 そこで、もう一度、再送してくれと言う意味かなと勝手に思っていたのですが そうではなくて、前回送った写真に関しては相手は既に見れていて、 追加で別の写真を送ってくれと言うことなんでしょうか? すみません、お解かりになる方が見ていましたら引き続き補足の回答おねがいできませんでしょうか?
