The leather on the toe box of the right boot has a slight wrinkled pattern. I have provided you with picture to help you understand the situation. Please let us know if this is acceptable or if you would like them remade. Keep in mind that a remake would take another 10 to 12 weeks to be completed. それとそのままでいいので送ってほしいとの英文の作成も教えてほしいです。

ご注文のオックスフォード靴を今日受け取りましたが、皮に軽い欠点があるのに気づきました。右足のつま先の部分にわずかな皺があります。この状況を見ていただくために写真を貼付しました。もしこれでよいか、あるいは作り直しをご希望か、ご連絡ください。作り直しの際は１０ないし１２週間かかることをご承知ください。 It does not appear major. Could you send them on as they are? Thank you. 「たいしたことのようには思えませんので、そのまま送ってください。ありがとうございます」 最初の文、要らないようでしたら省いてください。

The only issue is that Redwing has sent them with all black rough out leather instead of the two tone of smooth and rough out you requested. We have recently been receiving your orders like this because a leather configuration of single tone has been selected. Redwing considers any boot two tone if they use a combination rough out and smooth, or use of any combination of different leathers. Yes that item is still for sale. We don’t stock it so it would take approx 3-4 weeks to get a hold of. The cost is ￡769.20 including VAT. Delivery cost would depend on delivery address, if you could provide this to us then we could get you a delivery cost. Unfortunately we don’t deliver out with the UK. If you pay for the item in full and we have cleared funds you could then send in a courier yourself to collect the item.
