分からないことが2つあって困っています。 1. *personal information の詳細を記載している部分を、（ ） [ ] どちらでくくれば良いでしょうか？ 2. カッコ内に入れるセンテンスが2つ以上あるのですが、最初の単語は、Nameのように大文字で始 めても大丈夫ですか？ 原文は下記のようになります。 Party-1 shall not use the *personal information [Name, birth date, other descriptions or personally added numbers, other signs, such images and voice recording that can identify a person. B2Bなのか個人間なのかちょっと想像がつきませんけれど、海外の人との契約をかわす時は、括弧をつかわないようにしておいたほうがいいと私は実務で習ったので、滅多につかいませんでした。かわりにどうするかというと、別に定義しちゃいます。つまりは、The Personal Information とはこうよと。。。 たとえば文例をそのままつかうなら、Party-1 shall not use, "name, birth date, other descriptions or personally added numbers, other signs, such images and voice recording that can identify a person, and such xxx xxx xxx" (the "Personal Information"). やっぱり長いし、今後の法整備も考えると、ここは別条項で定義した方がいいなと思うなら、Definition of "the personal information" と、あえてもう一項もうけて示してもいいのではないかとおもいます。そうすると、追加したかったり、ここは不便なのでこう替えたいというときに、ここをかえる交渉ですみますから。 just my 2cents.
