「くれぐれもお気遣いなく・・・」を英語で言うと？
プライベートの旅行でニューヨークへ行くことになりました。ニューヨークには何度か一緒に仕事をした方達がいるので、彼らへの仕事メールに「I will go to NY for vacation. I would love to see you all while I'm in the city.」という文章を添えたところ、先方から「We will work something out to try and maybe take you out for dinner if that is okay.」というお返事をいただきました。私としては嬉しい返事なのですが、先方はとても仕事が忙しい方達なので、「皆さんとのお食事を楽しみにしておりますが、皆さんはお仕事で大変お忙しいと思いますので、その場合はくれぐれも私のことはお気遣いなく・・・」というような返事を出したいと思っています。私の日本語がちょっと変ですが、要するに「皆さんとお会いできればとても嬉しいけれども、皆さんは仕事がとても忙しいから、私と会うためにわざわざ時間を作っていただくなくても大丈夫ですよ。」ということを失礼のないように伝えたいのです。 私がちょっと考えてたのは I am looking forward to going out for dinner with you all, but if you are busy, please do not worry about me. なのですが、please do not worry about meじゃちょっとカジュアルすぎるというか、変だなと思いまして。

I'm looking forward to seeing you all, but only if it's not too much trouble. 会いたいという意思は充分伝わり、更に無理じゃなかったらという事が簡潔に言えます。"if it's not too much trouble"が日本語の「お気遣いなく」の意味で使われる慣用句です。 忙しいなら食事じゃなくても充分、と伝えたいのであれば Dinner would be great, but I'd be just as happy to meet you for a drink (/coffee). I know how busy you all are! としてもいいと思います。「ちょっと飲みに」または「昼休みにコーヒー」の方が都合もつきやすいでしょうし、前もってそう言っておけばお友達の方も皆さんの都合が合わずに食事は無理でも気軽に予定変更が出来ると思います。

But if it will be inconvenient with you, please tell me so without reserve. とか If it will be inconvenient with you, Don't hesitate to say what you think. もしご都合が悪くなるようなことがあれば ご遠慮なく、おっしゃってください。 みたいな感じで付け加えるのは、いかがでしょう。

アメリカに35年ほど住んでいる者です。 そんなに心配しなくても大丈夫ですよ. もう既に、「あなたさえよければ」言う言い方をしてくれているわけですから、日本流に、わざわざ時間を作ってくれなくても大丈夫ですよ、と言う必要は全くありません. 下手にそう書くと、「あれ、心変わりをして、私たちとは食事したくないのかも」なんて、かんぐる可能性もあります. それよりも、I'm already anxious to have dinner with you!! 会えるみたいで嬉しい、とか、Please feel free to let me know if you face some dificulties to have a dinner with meもし時間の都合に問題が起きたら、気軽に言って下さいね、と言う方が、もっと、相手のことを考えている、と言う雰囲気になります. つまり、例文の、if you are busy, please do not worry about meをIf you are busy, please feel free to let me know.と変えてもいいですね. これでいかがでしょうか。 分からない点がありましたら、また、補足質問してください。

＞そんなに心配しなくても大丈夫ですよ. 私もそんなに気にしなくてもいいかなとは思ったのですが、先方からのメールに we will work something out to 「try」 and 「maybe」 take you out とあって、この「try」と「maybe」のところで、「もしかしたら難しいかもしれないのかな？」と思ったわけです。

アメリカ人の男性に異性として好意を持ってますが、あちらはどうやら友達として好いてくれているようです。 先日相手の気持ちがはっきりしない事にイライラし、嫌味をいってしまいした。 後悔したので素直に謝り、I hope you still like me. (I like youと言われた事はあるので）と書いたところ、 don't worry too much about things. Everybody feels different things at different times and for different reasons. You have no need to worry about me liking you.
