この英語はなんと表現すれば・・・
“They sounded like they were stoned. Knowing something is not a conscious, deliberate action. うーん、すみません！ これもいまいちよく分からない表現で・・・ 教えて頂けないでしょうか？

彼等は、石を投げられているみたいだと言った。 知るという事は、意図して行うことではない。（偶然に起こることだ。） ・・・あるいは、「マリファナでハイになっているみたいだと言った」か「酔っているみたいだと言った」 http://eow.alc.co.jp/stoned/UTF-8/

おれたちゃにゃ、奴らの(歌声?)はラりってるみたいに聞こえたぜ。 なんかね、(その歌声?にゃ)わざとらしさや知っててやってるって振る舞いがないのは判ってるしね。 かなりの直感・六感・山勘が入っとりますです、、、、、(泣) 前後の文章で判断して下さいませ。

英語表現について What's your favorite animal? と聞かれた場合、どのような表現で解答できますか？ たとえば、「犬です」と答えたい場合、 My favorite animal is a dog. これでは、「１匹の犬」みたいでおかしいですよね。 I like dogs. でしょうか？他の表現はありますか？ What's your favorite food? と聞かれ、不可算名詞で答える場合は、 My favorite food is pizza. または、It's pizza. と解答できるとおもうのですが・・・ 可算名詞での答え方がちょっとわかりません。 ぜひ教えてください。

(1)～(6)まで、いくつか自分で考えてみた文章なのですが、 添削していただけないでしょうか。 he is stupid like me. 『彼は私みたいにバカだ。』 この文を基本として（これは合っていますよね？）、 肯定文、否定文・・・と考えていくと、 stupid の後に続く文がわからなくなってしまいました。 (1)彼は私と違ってバカだ。 he is stupid not like me <he is stupid like i am not> (2)彼は私みたいなバカではない。 he is not stupid like me <he is not stupid like i am> (3)彼は私みたいに（私と同様に）バカではない。 he is not stupid not like me < he is not stupid like i am not> ＊どの文も、meという言葉を使ったまま表現することは可能ですよね？ she plays tennis like me 『彼女は私みたいにテニスをする』 この文を基本として考えていくと、 やはり tennis の後に続く文がわからなくなってしまいます。 (4)彼女は私と違ってテニスをする she plays tennis not like me <she plays tennis like i don't> (5)彼女は私と違ってテニスをしない she doesn't play tennis like me <she doesn't play tennis like i do> (6)彼女は私みたい（私と同様）に、テニスをしない she doesn't play tennis not like me <she doesn't play tennis like i don't> ＊こちらも上記のように、 それぞれmeという言葉を使ったまま表現していいのでしょうか？ 英語に自信のある方、先生方、どうぞよろしくお願いします。

下記英文を日本語にして頂けますでしょうか？ They like "a", however they like the addition of more colour (the heart) in "b". If you would like to add a little bit more red / colour similar to this in "a" please go ahead - just as long as it is not a heart shape which they did not like. 特に最後の 「just as long as it is not a heart shape which they did not like.」 の部分が難しくて困っておりました。 どなたかご教授お願い致します！

辞典には見かけない表現だと思います。 彼女はもう恋はしないという嘘をついた。 She said that she would not fall in love; nevertheless, it is totally a lie. １文で She told a lie that she would not fall in love. と出来るのでしょうか？

例をあげます。 A:Do you like dancing? B:I don't know.I have never danced before. A:Why not? B:It's not something I usually do. うーんなんだかうまく言えませんが・・この場合はあえて日本語で言うと「(ダンスをした事がないのは)それは私が普段やるようなタイプの事じゃない」っていう感じでしょうか。あと A:What do you mean? B:No,never mind.It's not something I have to say right now. ・・この場合もやはり「気にしないで、今すぐ言わなきゃいけないような事じゃないから」って感じのつもりです。 多分以前人がsomethingをこんな風に使っているのを見たか聞いたかしたんだと思いますが、文法でこういうのは習ってないのでちょっと不安です。 あと似た様な質問になりますが、Itを主語?として使う場合ってありますよね。 It is a wonderful dayとかIt is meとか。 以下は私がいつもびびりながらぼそっと使ってみてる言い回しですが・・somethingもこんな風に使ってますがあってますか? A:Why are you so irritated? B:My friends are ignoring me. A:Oh it's not like they are trying to pick on you.It's just that they've been so busy with school. とか・・笑 It's not something you can complain about.とかIt's something you love to do.とか。考え方あってますか???
