お互いに長いつきあいですから、年間２０セット購入していただけるなら、総額の10％以内の値引きをします。
（注: ammount は amount の誤りでしょう）

The 10 percent discount for the 20 sets will cut off when your last purchase in the year.

２０セットの代価に対する10%の割引きは、その年の最後の購入の際に実施します。

Also give 5 percent money of the total purchase ammount for your next order.

また、次の注文金額の総額に対する５％の割引きをします。
（注: ここでも amount の綴りが間違っている）

文章自体はやさしいので、内容はおおよそこのようなものだと理解できますが、ネイティブでない人（もしくは素人）が書いたものかな、とも思えたりしました。
初めの文で「10%までの値引き」としているのに、次の文では「10%の値引き」とある。はっきりしない書き方に思えます。
また、the year が「会計年度」を意味するのかカレンダー上の「年」なのか、この文からは判断できません。
