is がなくてもいいかどうか教えてください。
いつもありがとうございます。 English is a language that is used and learned all over the world. で、that is used のところの is をなくしてもいいですか？ もしよかったらそうなる理由も教えてください。 よろしくお願いします。

isを無くしてはいけません。 関係代名詞よりthat＝a languageと分かります。 よってisが正当です。

なくしてはいけません。 English is a language used and learned all over the world. ならＯＫですね。 レベル的に中学校or高校の勉強だと思うので、理由についてはあえて触れません。 自分で考えてみてくださいね。
