例えば、why do you think it is becoming more common for people to change their jobs ? The reason are two fold. One is the growing shit from the lifetime employment and seniority system to the perfromance -based pay system under the prolonged resession in Japan. Uner the merit system workers have no qualms about changing their jobs for better working condtions. The other is declining loyalty to companies especially among today's young workers who put their perosnal life before their work under the influence of Western liberalism and individualism. Unlike the dedicated and conformist earlier generation , those self -seeking individuals don't hesitate to quit their jobs for freewheeling lifestyles. Japanese young people have become enjoyment for their future ,not thier worry. and when they working is painfun and don't want to work, they have changed therir job soon. In those days, Japanese people thought they had to work to put aside money , but now they are rich and, their lifestyles have been rich and chnaged their attitude towards their wrok など。

Whatever the reason for their migration, how do birds know when it's time to take off on their long flights? We know that they migrate quite punctually every year when the season is changing. And what is the surest, unmistakable clue to the fact that the season is changing? The length of the day! It is believed that birds can tell when the day gets shorter (and longer in the spring), and this is the best “alarm clock” they have to tell them to get along.

People often feel that cats are staring at them. Perhaps this is because cats'eyesare very big. Compared to their body size, they have the biggest eyes of all mammals. They can see six times better in the dark than people can. Cat owners also find that their pets spend a lot of time sleeping. Both domestic and wild cats sleep for sixteen to twenty hours a day. Sometimes cats which are playing suddenly lie down and fall asleep. But they can wake up right away and be ready to chase their prey at any time. Cat owners love watching their cats play with a string or a ball. It's true that humans first tamed cats because they were useful. But today,we keep cats as pets because they have cute looks and mysterious personalities.

A similar movement can be seen in other countries, too. In Australia, the native Aborigines are trying to preserve their languages and cultures. They have been discriminated against in society for a long time and the speakers of their native tongues are rapidly decreasing in numaer. A group of Aborigines have established a small publishing company. The reason is that they want to maintain their native tongue. This is also the case with the Ainu in Japan. Once the Ainu were not allowed to speak their native tongue or live in their traditional way. As a result, their language and culture were dying out. In order to preserve them, the Ainu have begun to teach their native tongue to their children and have built some museums of Ainu folk art. They have also started an Ainu speech contest and a conversation program in the Ainu language on the radio.
