この前下のようなのメールを受け取ってしまいました。英語ばかりで読めません。
もし重要なメールだったらと心配です。
英語の得意な方、要点だけでも良いので訳してもらえますか？

意味は大体分かりますが、

あなたは数日の内にインターネットの指導者にとってあなたに知っていて欲しく無い最大級の秘密を見つけるでしょう。

という文章から始まっていて、全体的に見るとなんかの宣伝だろうと思いますが・・・
まず、必要の無いメールだと思います。棄ててしまって構わないでしょう。

後、メールは良く見て、自分に関係する言葉が入っていないか確認してから公開した方が良いと思いますよ（例えばパスワード等）。
今回はそう言った物は一切出ていませんが、ここで個人情報を洩らしてしまうのは、あなたにとってかなりの損害となりうる事ですから。(・_・;)

私なんか "You signed up!" などと言うチョー無気味なタイトルで始まるメールがワケの分からない所から一ヶ月に20通以上来ます。スパムは一ヶ月に500件～600件です・・・もう泣きそうΣ(Ｔ▽Ｔ;)

よくあるスパムメールです。
内容は思いっきり省略して訳すと・・

「信じられないぐらいの大金をかせげるビジネスのやり方を教えます！」

ってやつです。本文と追加してある文章を読むと、なんか「インターネットでもうかるビジネスのやり方」のテキストを買って実践するだけ、みたいです（笑）
