注文品が２重に届いた（英訳）

明らかに先方の発送ミスによる2重送付であれば、クレジットの支払いを先ず止める方がよいでしょうね。その場合、2回別々に請求されて いれば、どちらか一方にのみ支払いを、また一括で2回分請求であれば、それには支払いせず、一回分のみ改めて請求してもらう、というのはいかがでしょうか？ この様な場合、余りへりくだらずに主張すべきですね。既に2回分の支払いが終ってる場合は厄介ですが、先ずは 下記の様に連絡され先方の反応まってはどうですか？ Regarding my order no.---, I have received the delivery twice in exactly the same content. I am affraid you made a wrong dispatch by mistake. Needless to say, I will pay only for my order but please inform me how to handle the wrong dispatch. Waiting for your reply by return.t

saham3さま 早速のご回答ありがとうございました。送られてきたレシートに「EFTPOS」「ACCEPTED」との記述があったので、すでに２回分とも銀行から引き落とされてしまったのではないかと戸惑っていたのですが、クレジットの支払い・利用明細を確認してみたところ、初めの分は４月10日に、２回目の分は５月に銀行から引き落とされる予定とのことがわかりました。なので、ご提案いただいたように先方に連絡を入れ、反応を待ってみようと思います。的確なアドバイスを本当にありがとうございました。
