（社外の人から）書類の作成依頼をされ出来上がったものを渡す際に確認するしてもらう時、下記の文で伝わるでしょうか。 "Please confirm if these documents complete your request." よろしくお願いいたします。

確認文章の雛形 (1) ちょっと形式張った言い方 In compliance with your verbal request, enclosed documents have been prepared and stapled in two sets. It is my sincere hope that they are made in order and correct. (2) 砕けた言い方をすると、 Upon your request, these papers are prepared in two sets. Please make sure that they are made in order. 日本語で言うと、『ご指示に従って文章作成いたしました。　よろしくご査収ください。』　 しかし、英語ではケースバイケースで表現にもニュアンスが違って来ます。　初対面の人で『こいつ、なかなか出来るのー』と思わせたければ(1)を、普段から気心の知れた上司なら(2)をお薦めします。

>Please confirm if these documents complete your request." もう遅いかもしれませんが、 この場合のcompleteは、形容詞ですので、are completeにし、さらに、as requested(「依頼どおりに」)という表現を用いて次のようにすることができます。are completedにすることも可能です。 Please confirm if these documents are complete as requested. 又は Please confirm if these documents are completed as requested. P.S. comply with～は、進行形や受身形で使用するもこのままの形で使用するほうが良いと思います。 meetを使用する場合はmeet your requestの形になり、meet withのwithは不要です。

質問者の方が使用された単語を使って、 より丁寧に、、、、 「Please kindly confirm the documents are complete meeting with your request. Please let us know otherwise.」 or 「Please kindly confirm the documents are complying with your request. Please let us know otherwise.」

こんにちは。 these documents complete your request という表現をあまり聞いたことないです。 単純に、 Please check if these documents are fine with you. でだめですか？ 相手はこのdocumentが自分の依頼した物だと、普通判るはずなので。 confirmを使う場合は Please confirm that these documents are fully complied with your request. などとしてもいいかもしれません。 ご参考まで＾＾＊
