セカンドライフの退会
セカンドライフを退会したいです。 SLのサイトにいってMy Accountをクリックしたのですが My Account We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please contact Second Life support for assistance at http://support.secondlife.com. If you are unable to change your password, please call (866) 476-9763. と表示され退会できません。どうしたらよいですか？

回答は、ログインしたら画面右手にあると書いているのであって、「右上隅っこ」と書いているわけではありません。したがって、回答は画面が切り替わったなら画面右側を見渡してみてくださいというメッセージであって、さらにはCancel Accountへ誘導しています。これで、表示が見付からないということですと何かのトラブルでしょう。

セカンドライフについてお聞きします．NECのLavie LC900/HJを購入して、セカンドライフの登録をしました。登録は完了したのですが、ダウンロードが上手くいきません。エラー表示が、「second life is unable to run because your video card drivers are out of date or unsupported.please make sure you have the latest video card drivers installed.If you continue to receive this message,contact customer service.」と出ます。今年の春モデルのパソコンなのですが、vistaでのセカンドライフは接続できないのもあると聞きます。詳しい方がいれば、できれば詳しく細かく教えていただきたいと思っています。よろしくお願いします。

先ほど登録・インストールを完了し、セカンドライフを起動。 ここまでは問題なかったのですが、起動後アカウント・パスワードを入力しいざログインと思ったら、 Unable to connect to Second Life The system maybe down. Please try again in a few minutes,or click Help for advice and link to the system status web page. と出て入れません。 どうしたらいいのでしょう？
