No.1の方と同じくこんなことを言って申し訳ないのですが、No.1の回答に対する補足を見ても、何が最高の日であるかが不明で、逆にフロリダに行ったことが大変だったように感じてしまいます。 大学入試レベルであれば、もう少し具体的な最高の日にふさわしい表現（例えば、フロリダやディズニーランドに行って、こんな最高な出来事があった、アメリカと日本の違いを肌で感じたことで自分の志が変った等）が欠けていると思われます。 まず、全文を日本語にして書き出し、分かる範囲を英語にして、不明な点を聞いた方が良いのではないでしょうかね。

I spended most of times swimming in the sea. The sea was so clear that there were many kinds of fish. I think it's very nice to be able to swim there every day. Besides, all foods I ate in Hawaii were very delicious. I want to eat dishes which we ate at a restaurant once again. I think living in Hawaii is great. So I chose Hawaii.
