曖昧さと柔軟さ 人間の持つ曖昧さや柔軟さはすべて個人個人による論理思考による産物です。 たまに論理的ではないなんていいますが、いやいや、きっちり複雑な筋道がたっているのですよ

It's only human to use words to describe what can never be touched. この文の中で、２箇所質問があります。まず、that's how we ～ のとろです。文法書では、「それは～の方法だ」とか、「そのようにして～だ」と訳していましたが、それではすっきりしません。どのように訳したらよいのでしょうか。次に、最後のwhat can ～ のところです。訳がわかりません。touched はどう訳せばいいのでしょうか。宜しくお願いいたします。

のnot onlyの位置についての質問です。 1.. (A) He can not only sing a song well but can write music. (B) He not only can sing a song well but can write music. (A)と(B)ではどちらが正しいのでしょうか。もしくは、違いはありますか。 2. She not only made a mistake but...が文法書に載っているのですが、 She did not only make a mistake but...と言ってもいいのでしょうか。 宜しくお願いします。
