ここでのturnoverはどのような意味でしょうか？ 下記の１「転覆」「反転」などが近いでしょう。 https://eow.alc.co.jp/search?q=turnover はっきり言えば「入れ替わり」「廃業につぐ開店」と言った意味です。 だから「ビジネスの入れ替わりは早く、もう閉店しているかもしれないから、まず電話して、まだ開いていることを確認して出かけること」ということでしょう。
