ああ、黄金律（下記）ですね。 http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%BB%84%E9%87%91%E5%BE%8B １。 you以下ですが基本の形は you wouln't like having done things to youでしょうか？ 基本の形の定義によりますが、ふつう things は要らないと思います。 2. wouln't like -ingは分法的にはどんな用法なのでしょうか？ (would like to doは知っていますが。。) would like to do は〇〇したい wouldn't like to do は〇〇したくない ３。あとhaving doneにする理由はなんでしょうか？ doingはだめでしょうか？ ここの have は下記の３「have で使役を表す場合」ですから doing ではダメです。 http://www.englishcafe.jp/english/day45.html

困ってます！このフレーズについて教えてくださいm(_ _)m 以前、「他人からされて、嫌だを思うことを他人にするな」 の英訳を、ネット上で尋ねたら、 Don’t do to others what you don’t want others do to you. と、回答してもらったのですが、 このフレーズの文法が理解できません(T-T) Don’t do to others what you don’t want others “to” do to you. が正しいのではないかな？って思っちゃうんですけど、 やっぱり、違うんでしょうか？(-“-;) あと、 Don't do unto others what you don't want done to you. とも英語圏のサイトでひっかかるのですが、 これ、同じ意味なんでしょうか？ you don't want done to you とは、 「貴方が貴方に対してされたくないこと」 という意味ですか？ すいません、かなりとんちんかんなので、困ってます！ 教えてくださいm(_ _)m！

- Fancyは動名詞をとるか、to不定詞をとるか？
以前にイギリスの語学学校でfancy to doというのを習った記憶があります。 週末の予定をフラットメイトに聞かれ、映画に行くと答えた女性が、 「Do you fancy to join me?」とそのフラットメイトに聞く、というような内容だったと思います。 が、fancy doingという言い方をテレビやラジオでよく耳にするので、辞書を調べたところ、 fancy doingの用法は沢山見つけられるのですが、fancy to doの用法が見つけられませんでした。 Do you fancy ～で「Do you want ～」「Would you like ～」と同じ意味合いがあることから to不定詞がとれる気がしてしまうのですが、fancyはto不定詞をとらないのでしょうか？私の記憶違いだったのでしょうか？ どなたか宜しくお願いします。

- like＋動詞ingの用法について
like to 動詞 / like 動詞ing の使い分けについて学びました。 設問で I don't like surprises. を I like ( know ) things ahead of time. の形に書き換える指示で、 答えが I don't like to know things ahead of time. のみが 正解でした。 設問が 習慣 に関する事と 思うので like knowing が違う理由がはっきりとわかりません。 習慣でも 状態（動作ではないという意味）であれば like 動詞ing でもよいというのにはあてはまらない。 と いう ルールがあると思っていていいのでしょうか？ すみません、よろしくお願いいたします。

Have you ever considered what it would cost if someone were paid to do the work you mather does? この一文で、paid以下のto do～はpaid to do the workでひとつのまとまりなのか、それとも、to以下は不定詞の名詞的用法により、paidの目的語になっているのでしょうか。
