I was told there was a reunification specialist located a couple of hours away from the hotel we were staying at who was willing to work with me and my family . I wasn't sure what to say about this offer . Traditional therapy did not appeal to me. The therapy I kept envisioning consisted of me and a small room and someone I didn't know , which was the last thing I wanted . I felt I had worked through what had happened to me and I had always kept my own counsel and thought I was my own best therapist . I didn't want to meet another stranger . In the day and a half , I had met so many new people that I was really overwhelmed. Ultimately, what convinced me to seek the help of this person was the mention of horses . The impression I got of this person was that of an older lady with a ranch and horses and plenty of room for us to come and get our feet on the ground for a few days .

I didn't know what time it was, then I met you. (あなたに逢っているときは、時間さえ忘れてしまう) Oh what a lovely time it was, how sublime it was too! (ああ、なんてすてきな時なんだ、なんて幸せなんだろう) I didn't know what day it was, you held my hand. Warm like the month of May it was and I'll say it was grand. (それは5月のように暖かく、この上なく幸せなことだった) Grand to be alive, to be young, to be mad, to be yours alone! Grand to see your face, feel your touch, hear your voice say I'm all your own! I didn't know what year it was, life was no prize. I wanted love and here it was shining out of your eyes. I'm wise and I know what time it is now. 特に最後の「 I know what time it is now.

  • All I felt was a giant vacuum where my guts had been.

Then my brother retreated into the television and my mother and father went to their room.I didn't know what to do.I don't mean that I didn't know what to do to make thing better or what to do to survive the next few weeks during which her operation would be carried out.I mean I didn't know what to do with the rest of the evening.Ordinary activities didn't seem appropriate, and unusual activities required more than I could manage. All I felt was a giant vacuum where my guts had been.I couldn't remember what I'd been like the day before. All I felt was a giant vacuum where my guts had been. All I felt was a giant vacuum in which my guts had been. あと、 unusual activities required more than I could manage.

  • 比較級have a little more confidence th

比較級have a little more confidence than... 1)When I was young, high school and college students seemed to have a little confidence than young people today. They often refused to do what most (other) people did , and do what most people didn't. 2)When I was younge, it seemed that high school and college students were a little more confident than young people today. It was not unusual for them no to do [for them to avoid doing] as other people did, and (to prefer) to do what most others didn't. They ..refused to do what most (other) people did, and (They refused to)do what most people didn't と並列していると考えると、and do what most people didn't は、「たいていの人がしなかったことをするのを拒否した」となってしまうと思うのですが。

Ireally didn't know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down - that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwin up so badly. I was a very public failure, and I even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me - I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple and not changed that one bit. I had bee rejected, but I was still in love. And so I decide to start over.
