last night と進行形は相いれないので
was just eating → just ate

2 Hitomi only have an apple to eat tonight, so she is very hungry.
have → has
この have は「食べる」でなく、普通の「持っている」なので現在形。

3 Toshi only got 30 dollars with him now.
got → has got あるいは has
（アメリカ英語では got も可ですが、ら抜き言葉みたいなもの）

1 this sushi restaurant is the best ever since I came to Tokyo
the best that I've ever been to since I came to Tokyo

2 she is not coming back to home yet
She has not come back home yet

3 I haven’t finished my homework yet

twice の方が普通ですが、two times でもいいです。
