昨日までなんともなかったのですが、急におかしくなったので教えて下さい いつも画像を“Photo Editor”で開いていましたが、開こうとすると “No file format information can be found in the registry”と出てきて 開けなくなりました！ 昨日から調子は悪く上にある“ファイル”“表示”などが全て英語になってしまっていました。 ここのカテゴリーで検索して皆さんの回答を読ませて頂きまして １．jpgファイル（どれでも良いです）を一旦クリック ２．Shiftキーを押しながら、右クリック ３．メニューの「アプリケーションから開く」をクリック ４．リストの中からPhotEditorを探す。リストになければ「その他」をクリックして、PhotEditorの実行ファイル場所を指定する。 ５．「この種類の～」にチェックを入れてＯＫする。 この通りしてみましたが駄目でした。 No file format information can be found in the registryの意味も全くわかりません。 どうしたらよいのか教えて下さい！宜しくお願いいたします。

MP3 Playerのマニュアルに以下のように書かれていました。 「Select Folders ・Select folders (At stop Submenu) Users can save files in different folders ( folders should be set up on PC in advance ), to manage and play files according to different types. The player supports identification of 99 subdirectories. << 中略>> Note ： Independent folders can be set at corresponding modes as Music Mode, Record mode and Voice Mode. i.e., three modes are not bound to correspond with the same folder.」 folders should be set up on PC in advance というのは、 「フォルダーはあらかじめPCで作っておくこと」 という意味でしょうか。 to manage and play files according to different types. というのが意味がよくわかりません。 「ファイルのtypeごとにフォルダーをわけなさい」 という意味でしょうか。 Note の部分に書いてあることの意味がわかりません。 「Music Mode, Record mode and Voice Mode」という３つのモード用のフォルダーを、同じフォルダーにおくことができる、 と言っているのでしょうか。 i.e.の部分は、 「３つのモードは同じフォルダに対応しなければならないのではない」 と言っているのでしょうか。（日本語としても、意味不明ですが。） それって、どういう意味ですか。 「bound to ： しなければならない」 「correspond : 対応する、一致する」 だと思います。 なお、マニュアルの英語を読んでいる経緯については以下の質問をご参照ください。 http://oshiete1.goo.ne.jp/qa3181065.html

First, thanks to it, we can communicate with foreigners and contact with foreign cultures. In that way, we can have wide discrimination. If we contact with foreign cultures, we may notice importance and essentially of own culture. But, we may feel foreign culture is better than ours. If so, our culture becomes outdated. Second, the Internet, which is a factor of globalization, brings information of all over the world to us. If we use the Internet, we can get information in many languages. Also, if we ask questions on it, somebody who is sitting in front of PC answers them in about an hour. But, with the spread of the Internet, reading books may become less important. Books have value that the Internet doesn’t have. If books disappear from the world, cultures may also disappear because books are full of the country’s language, idea and knowledge. Finally, globalization’s merits are also globalization’s demerits.

I have been advocating "spending not on concrete, but on people" as one of the slogans which usher in a new kind of politics in Japan. If the previous century was an age in which we pursued material affluence, the twenty-first century should be one in which human resources, culture, and wisdom are increasingly sought as the foundations of well-being.
