無視した方がいいでしょうね。 ざっと斜め読みしかしてませんが、 かいつまむと、UAEの銀行に（嘘か本当か知りませんが）、あなたと同じ姓の日本人の口座があるが、その方がインドネシアの地震で亡くなってしまっており、３０億円の口座が放置されていると。 銀行の経営陣はまだ彼の死を知らないが、知ってしまうと、彼らの自由にされてしまう。（その日本人は未婚で相続人が居ないので、法に則り処理されるらしいです。） 今なら、同じ姓のあなたに、ノーリスクで、その口座を引き渡せるので、取り分を半々にしませんか？ と言うような、思いっきり怪しい内容です。 １００％嘘とは言い切れませんが、９９％詐欺でしょうね。

私は今年6月に同じような手紙を受け取りました。内容は『あなたの苗字と同じ人が相続人を明らかにしないまま死に遺産を残した。このままほかっておくと遺産は国のものになってしまう。あなたの名前を見つけたので相続人として権利を主張し、うまくいけば相続遺産を半々したい。連絡請う』 貴方との違いは差出人はマドリードの自称弁護士、2年前リビアの内戦に巻き込まれた死んだ人の遺産だ、ぐらいでストーリーの組み立ては全く同じです。 なんでもかんでも無差別大量に送りつける、いわゆる spam とはちょっと違い、一寸手が込んでいてこういうのを mail fraud と言うんでしょう。 ともかく Don't respond, just ignore it.
