英語の説明
If losing you makes me happy, then why does it make me cry? この文章はどう訳し、どういう文の構造になっているのですか？？ losingの役割がわからないです。

”If losing you” これが主語 で it になります。 「もし貴方を失う事が」 makes me happy, 主語が It なので make → makes になります。 「私を幸せにする」 then why does it make me cry? この it は ”If losing you” の事です。 「というのなら 何故 それが私を泣かせるのでしょう？」 この様に区切って考えればOKかと思います。 もし貴方を失なうことが私の幸せであればこの涙は何なのでしょう？ といった意味合いと思います。幸せと思うこととそれをすることに対する涙の訳をいぶかっている のでしょうね？ 本当は貴方を失いたくないということを遠まわしに言っていると思います。

losing は動名詞ですから、後ろに目的語(you)がついれ、かつ全体で主語になっています あなたを失うことで私が幸せになれるのなら なぜそのために私は泣いているの

友人のメールで一部意味不明です。教えてください。 下記の内容で、色々お世話になったので、多少現金を送ろうかと率直に書いたところ、返事できたメールです。現金お断りの意味はわかったのですが、3行目のIt will take all the fun of it if you make me acceopt cash.がわかりません。ひよっとして、現金を（断ったのに）、受け取ると楽しい（fun)という事で受け取る意思もある？という事？ でも、そうすると最後の文章と矛盾してしまうし・・・。なんかしっくりいきません。よろしく。 Forget it.
