２番目だけ回答しますね。 Takatou, where I went last year, is the best place to enjoy cherry blossoms around here. Takatouなどという固有名詞を修飾する場合の関係代名詞は本当はコンマが付きます。（実際にはちゃんと運用されているわけではありませんが） wentの後のtoは不要です。

It seems to be next week when we can enjoy full blossom.
