海外ショッピングの返信の仕方

最後のメールですが下記のような内容です。 お客様各位、 先の確認メールに基づき、あなたの口座に支払い金額の95%を払い戻しいたします。残り5%は銀行への手数料として頂戴します。ご理解をお願いいたします。 払い戻しには通常20日~30日かかります。チェックをお忘れなく。 もし何かご質問があれば遠慮なくお知らせください。またのご利用をお待ちしております。 よろしくお願いします。 カスタマーサービス係一同 ______________ といった感じになります。この内容で不服がなければなにもせずクレジットカードの口座に支払い金額の95%が振り込まれるのをまつだけで宜しいです。 購入時にそういったキャンセルに関しての条件が相手方からまったく提示されていなかったのに(自分が見ていませんでしたではダメですが)勝手に相手が100%払い戻ししないのは納得できない、もしくは商品の在庫不足は相手のミスなのに払い戻しの手数料をこちら側に負担させるのはおかしいと思われるならばその旨を説明して、100%払い戻して欲しいと申し出ることとなります。
