この訳はあっていますでしょうか？
英語の勉強をしています。 以下の英文を訳してみました。合っていますでしょうか？ もし間違えていましたらなぜ間違えているのか教えて頂けませんでしょうか？ It will support the Australian Government in managing who can apply for skilled migration ↓ それは、技術移民者の為に適用する事ができる管理でオーストラリア政府を支援する。 いかがでしょうか？ よろしくお願い致します。

「技術移民者の為に適用する事ができる管理」 という部分が変だと感じます。 A can apply for B. という形は 「A は B として申し出る （申請する） ことができる」 ということで、お示しの文の場合は migration （移民） についてのことなので、「移民として認定することができる」 となります。 「それによってオーストラリア政府の移民の管理が容易になる」

もう少し、who「誰が」を生かしたい感じもします。たとえば、以下のような訳し方もあるでしょう。 「それによりオーストラリア政府は、誰が熟練移民に該当するかについての管理が容易になるだろう。」

英語の勉強をしています。 以下の英文を訳してみましたが日本語になっていないような気がします。 何が間違えているのか教えて頂けませんでしょうか？ SkillSelect helps to ensure the skilled migration program is based on the economic needs of Australia. ↓ スキルセレクトは技術移民を保証する為に助けるはオーストラリアの経済上必要な基本を用いられる。 訳をするときに、 SkillSelect～programまでが一つの完結する文になっている上にその後のisがあることから主語としての意味もあるので無理やり訳して見ましたがめちゃくちゃになってしまいました。 どういう風に解釈して訳していけばよいのでしょうか？
