The freight number (tracking number) will be faxed to you from XX as soon as it is assigned. My sincere apologies. △△   文中に「昨日」「来週」と言う言葉がありますがこれは(日付や時間帯が異なる場合はとくに)誤解のもとなので、括弧の中に何月何日を入れておきました.必要ならお使い下さい。   また「貨物番号」は追跡番号 tracking number の方が分かりやすい場合もありますので括弧に入れておきました。適当に、、、    最後の My apologies (=まずは、お詫びまで)で結びの言葉ですから Best は要らないと思います。
