気分が悪くなってトイレで吐いたのかな。タバコは吸っているうちに耐性ができて、何本吸っても平気になりますよ。そしてやめられなくなります。そして「教えてGOO」に相談ですね。

外国のかたですか？ 英文の訳としては、 ＃　トイレに行ったときと落ち込んだ気分のときに喫煙する習慣をやめるには？ でしょう。 一般的な禁煙の方法と変わりないと思います。 各種の禁煙グッズを使ったり、断固とした意思でやめるとか。
