海外のサイトでものを買ったのですが…
海外のサイトでの通販に挑戦したのですが、以下のような返事のメールがきました。 私なりに頑張って訳してみたのですが、いまいちよく解らないのです。 これって、カードが使えないから、別の支払方法でってことですよね? みなさんのお力をお貸し下さい。宜しくお願いします。 Sorry, we are unable to process your order because our credit card charging program is unable to recognize and charge credit cards that have been issued or have billing addresses outside of the U.S. and Canada. Until there is a system that is able to verify foreign-issued credit cards or international billing addresses, we will have to take these preventive steps to avoid chargebacks/fraudulent transactions. This protects us all and other metal fans out there that own credit cards. But we are not denying international orders altogether. If you are still interested in our product you may send to us an International Money Order in U.S. funds to complete your order. All of our orders we ship US Priority Mail. If your order was small enough we could ship it in a flat rate box which would be cheaper. To order you need to go to what threads you want, put in how many balls you want and click on “Add to Cart”. 日本になかったワンピースを買いたくて2着海外から取り寄せようと注文しました。 そのブランドのホームページから買おうと思ったら、日本には対応してないらしくInternational Checkoutというところ通して買うことになりました。 8月1日に注文した時は、 Your order status has changed to "UPDATE - We are waiting for your order to arrive at our facility so that we can ship it you. As soon as it arrives we will notify you right away!!". というメッセージが来ました。 その三日後に Your order status has changed to "UPDATE - We wanted to let you know that we expect your order to arrive at our warehouse any day now. As soon as we receive your shipment we will be in touch right away!\"." というメッセージが来て、から全然音沙汰なしでした。 そして一ヶ月後にこんなメッセージが入ってきました。 Your order status has changed to "One or more items in your order are delayed. We will notify you the moment your order arrives at our facility.". 英語が得意でないので翻訳サイトを使って意味を調べているのですが、結局商品はいつになったら届くのかも在庫があるのかわかりません;; 一カ月も待っていて夏が終わってしまうので今キャンセルも考えています。 カードで支払ったので決済は終わっています。 この場合キャンセルすることは可能なのでしょうか? 経験がある方や英語の得意なかたがいられましたらどうかアドバイスをお願いします<m(__)m>

はじめまして、質問お願いします。 昨日海外サイトにて 日本ではもう販売していない服を注文しました。 英語が全くできないので、海外サイトでの注文の仕方が 載っているHPを参考にし、 無事注文を終えたのですが、先ほど購入先から Hello there, thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we have had some trouble verifying your cards billing address. Because of us being in the U.K., and this being an international transaction, could you please send us a copy of an official document, like one of your utilities bills or statements, with your name and address on it. We will be able to process the sale once we have this information from you. Also the name on your payment details section is different to the on eon the customer details section. We can only process the order to go to the cardholders address so we need the documentation to relate to them. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but for security reasons, we have to verify all our sales addresses, and be sure that you, the card holder, has placed the order, and not someone that might have got hold of your details. You can send the proof of address either by fax to +44 208 974 6732, or email an attachment.
