Rats then responded for cocaine on the FR5TO20 reinforcement schedule during 1-h daily testing sessions for at least seven consecutive days. Cocaine hydrochloride was dissolved in sterile saline solution (0.9% w/v). Each cocaine infusion earned resulted in the delivery of 0.5 mgkg21 per infusion cocaine (0.1 ml injection volume delivered over 4 s), and initiated a 20-s timeout period signalled by a light cue located above the active lever during which responding on the lever was without consequence. In all cases, a control group of rats were surgically prepared with jugular catheters and trained to respond for food reinforcement as described above, but remained cocaine-naive for the duration of the experiment. To determine the cocaine dose? response curve, the unit dose of cocaine available for self-administration was adjusted upward or downward during 3-h testing sessions every other day between regular 6-h self-administration sessions; for detailed description see ref. 7. Doses of cocaine were tested once, and in the following order: 0.5, 0.0625, 0.25, 0.125 and 0 mgkg21 per infusion.

医学論文の一文の翻訳をお願いします。 Aged keratinocytes,whiti exhibited low basal cellular activities after culturing in growth medium for up to 25 days,renewed DNA synthesis and activated succinate dehydrogenase up to 37-fold upon exposure to either EGCG or the polyphenols. といりあえず翻訳サイトを使ってやってみたのですが、意味がわかりません。論文主旨は、EGCGがひとの表皮ケラチン細胞の細胞分化促進し、傷ついた表皮の治療が促進されるというものらしいです。(Stephen Hsu,et al.(2003):Green tea polyphenols induce differentiation and proliferation in epidermal keratinocytes.) 自分なりにやってみてわからなかった点は・・・ (1)Aged keratinocytes・・・ 最大25日間培養した細胞活動が低い状態の基底細胞(老いたケラチン生成細胞）？ (2)EGCGに「老いたケラチン生成細胞？」を暴露してみるとコハク酸デヒドロゲナーゼという酵素が37倍まで活性化した・・・ということは・・・コハク酸デヒドロゲナーゼというのはTCA回路を構成する化合物のひとつだからエネルギー産出がかなりよくなって、細胞が活性化するんで表皮ケラチン細胞の細胞分化促進やキズの治りがよくなったりということが起こるんだと読み取ってもよいのでしょうか？ どなたかぜひともお願い致します。

”医学論文訳”（暇な人） Armed with these genotype- and region-specific deficits in neuron morphology and electrophysiological activity, we set out to test whether prolonged administration of P7C3 might repair either or both deficits in npas3/ mice. We first verified that P7C3 was capable of enhancing hippocampal neurogenesis in npas3/ mice (Figure S3B). Knowing that formation of the dentate gyrus initiates in the mouse embryo around embryonic day 14 (Stanfield and Cowan, 1988), we sought to expose animals to P7C3 for as extended a period of time as possible in order to give the compound the best possible chance for success. After oral gavage of pregnant female mice, day 14 embryos were recovered, dissected, and processed by acetonitrile: water extraction so that P7C3 levels could be measured in the embryonic brain. Daily administration of 20 mg/kg of P7C3 to pregnant females yielded appreciable levels of the compound in the brain tissue of developing embryos. It was similarly observed that oral administration of the compound to lactating females led to delivery of P7C3 to the brain tissue of weanling pups. In both cases, LC-MS-based quantitation of P7C3 revealed levels of compound accumulation at or above the 1.35 mMlimit required to support adult neurogenesis (Figure 1C). Finally, it was observed that daily IP administration of P7C3 to weaned pups at 20 mg/kg yielded brain levels of P7C3 at or above the level required to enhance adult neurogenesis.
